This doesn't seem like the right size 😩

  • Does your mask not fit the dimensions as advertised on our website? This might be a manufacturer defect, please contact us through our contact form, including your order number along with the dimensions of your item, and if it is the incorrect size we are happy to find a solution for you!

I received the wrong item 😱

  • Oops! On rare occasions, it's possible for our warehouse to ship an incorrect item. If you have received your order and it contains incorrect items please let us know and we will make sure to reship the correct items!
  • Please contact us through our contact form, including your order number along with images of the items you did receive.
  • Once we receive this information we can send the missing items to you 🤗
