What is the return and cancelation policy?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and concerns for hygiene/safety, we are currently not actively accepting any returns. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us through our contact form, including your order number along with photos of the damage and our team can help!

We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that you will receive your important order in a timely manner. Because of this, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please note that we cannot provide tax refunds for orders that have already been placed.

We're happy to update your address, however as we're really quick at packing up your order and once it is locked for shipping we are unable to make any changes. Depending on the warehouse it ships from, this can be as quickly as under 10 minutes after your order is placed.
As there are several times per day that orders are locked for shipping, we cannot guarantee we will be able to get to your order in time to make any adjustments.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience! If you have placed an order with an incorrect address please reach out to us, and if we are unable to change the address you can receive a discount code if you would like to place an order to ship to your correct address.

Once you place your order we are unable to make any changes to the quantities or variants that you purchase, this is because as soon as your order is placed we send the order information to our warehouse to begin processing.
